Your business
on autopilot

You are not short on effort. You are the bottleneck — because every lead, every follow-up, every post and every report routes through one human being. This course changes the routing.

The actual problem

Four hundred and eighty people raised their hand.

That is how many form submissions I once found sitting in an inbox nobody had opened in nine weeks. Not cold leads. Not a bought list. Four hundred and eighty people who went to a website, decided they wanted to talk, typed in their phone number and hit submit.

The person responsible was working sixty-hour weeks. That is the whole point. They were not ignoring those leads because they did not care. They were ignoring them because nine other things were also on fire, and the inbox was the one that did not shout.

It is not an effort problem. It is a routing problem — and routing problems are fixable.

WHAT YOU HAVE NOW

Lead comes in → waits for you. Quote → waits for you. Follow-up → waits for you. Post → waits for you. Client asking for an update → waits for you. Invoice that never got paid → waits for you to notice.

WHAT YOU BUILD HERE

Lead comes in → answered in sixty seconds. Follow-up runs until they buy or say no. Content ships on schedule. Clients see progress without emailing. The report arrives instead of being pulled.

The spine of the course

The Seven Systems

Every business has all seven, whether or not anyone built them on purpose. Your job in Lesson 0.2 is to find the one leaking worst. For most service businesses it is Converse or Convert.

01

Capture

Leads find you and land in a system, not an inbox.

Modules 7 · 9
02

Converse

Someone gets a reply fast, every time.

Modules 4 · 8
03

Convert

Follow-up runs until they buy or they say no.

Module 8
04

Create

Content ships whether or not you felt like it.

Module 5
05

Deliver

Clients see progress without emailing you.

Module 10
06

Measure

You know your numbers without pulling them.

Modules 6 · 11
07

Control

One place you run all of it from.

Modules 2 · 11 · 12
Every module ends with something running

This is not a concepts course

Fifteen deliverables. The next module does not open until the last one actually exists.

An always-on agent

Running on a twenty-dollar server as a service, reachable from your phone, that knows your business because you wrote it a memory file.

📡

Social autopilot

Facebook and Instagram connected properly, a thirty-day queue filled, comments triaged and DMs handled inside the twenty-four-hour rules.

The follow-up bridge

Form submits, record lands in your CRM, the right sequence starts, a notification hits your phone — all inside sixty seconds.

📈

A content engine

A voice file the agent obeys, four pillars, one prompt that produces a month, and a faceless reel you shipped without being on camera.

👥

A client portal

Login, status, files and invoices that chase themselves — so nobody has to email you asking for an update.

🔊

A system that tells you when it breaks

Heartbeat monitors, phone alerts, a printed runbook and a restore you have actually tested.

Before you spend anything

Who this is for — and who it is not

This is for you if

  • You run a service business and someone enquires before you do a job for them
  • You are the bottleneck and you know it
  • You will click into a settings panel — no coding, but no avoiding it either
  • You can find four hours in week one

This is not for you if

  • × You want something that earns money while you do nothing
  • × You are an engineer wanting a framework deep-dive
  • × You want to skip the dry run and just switch things on
  • × You are in a heavily regulated field and need compliance advice — ask us first
The anti-promise, said out loud. This will not make you money by itself. It gives you time back and stops leads leaking. Those two things tend to produce money, because a lead answered in sixty seconds converts better than one answered in three days. But the system does not sell anything. You still have to be good at your job.
Who is teaching this

Elijah Laguerre

I run Right Way Branding out of Delaware. We build websites, marketing systems and AI automation for small businesses.

I am not going to give you a founder story. The credential is the stack: one server running twenty-five-plus live websites, forty-eight automations on schedule, three brands, two CRMs, and an agent I can text from my phone. No employees doing this part.

I also got several things badly wrong, and the course is shaped by those. I left live access tokens in a plaintext config file. I spent two days rewriting email copy when the real problem was a blocked mail server. Two database updates went wrong and a backup I did not set up myself was the only thing that saved me. Every one of those is now a lesson.
